Scope of Work: 408 Rooms renovation, adding new homeruns to bathrooms. Staybridge rooms conversion adding full kitchens including new electrical infrastructure to include 140 - 20A homeruns per floor; creating a new lobby for the Staybridge. All new lighting in lobby, meeting rooms, and 25th floor multi-function space.
